Business District Strategic Development Plan Presentation
PRDC, PRCC, and PRBA jointly secured a $75K grant in partnership with the City's Department of Community and Economic Development to support a new business district pre-development plan. With the help of Yard & Co., a design agency that's worked with other Cincinnati neighborhoods, we've been able to gather community input and use it to strategically design what the future could look like for Pleasant Ridge's business district.

At our November 2025 Community Meeting, Yard & Co. shared their conceptual vision for what this might look like for our business district. In their own words, "Pleasant Ridge’s Business District will be Cincinnati’s most welcoming third place, cultivating local experiences that invite people
to come for the life, and stay for a lifetime."
We have been thrilled with the progress made and the level of community engagement to get us where we are today, however there is still more planning to be done! This is a vision that we will continue to build upon taking into consideration the needs and safety of our community.

We also invite you to join us at future community meetings held on the first Tuesday of the month (except in January and July) at 7pm at the PR Recreation Center (5915 Ridge Ave).
