This section is intended to fully disclose any relationships or transactions that may appear to be conflicts of interest.  Members of the Community Council's Executive Board recuse themselves from voting on any matter in which they may have a conflict or the appearance of a conflict of interest. 

Robert Ramsay, Treasurer

Beginning in October, 2008 Mr. Ramsay is volunteering on an interim basis as the part-time Executive Director of the Pleasant Ridge Development Corporation.  Two members of the Pleasant Ridge Community Council Executive Board are also members of the Pleasant Ridge Development Corporation's Board.  (Kate Powell and James Devanney).  Both the Pleasant Ridge Community Council and the Pleasant Ridge Development Corporation expect to receive funding from the City of Cincinnati annually.  Occasionally these two groups may apply for funds from the same source.
