Ridge Day became a Pleasant Ridge annual tradition in the late 1990’s. The festival represents a time for neighbors to visit, business owners to showcase their business and the community to celebrate summer and our great community.
Ridge Day kicks off with a parade along Montgomery Road, followed by games, rides, food and family fun entertainment at the Pleasant Ridge Presbyterian Church. There will be live music and dance performances throughout the day, and the celebration will end with live music and dancing in the evening at Ridge Night.
2009 Ridge Day will be the biggest and best Ridge Day to date; however, it cannot be successful without the extra help from many friends and partners. We are in need of event sponsors. This is a great opportunity for local businesses to fuel the event, while gaining cost effective marketing for business. Please consider making a donation to help make this event a success and to drive local sales to your business!
All donations are tax deductible. Ridge Day is Pleasant Ridge’s largest fundraiser and the proceeds from the event will contribute to beautification of our neighborhood and overall operating expenses of the Pleasant Ridge Community Council.
